The attacker’s name is Deobra Delone Redden who was sentenced for aggravated battery with bodily harm before the attack on Mary Kay Holthus. Mary Ray Kolthus was attacked by a man during a hearing in Las Vegas, Nevada on Wednesday morning. The incident’s video footage began being widely circulated online. In the video, The attacker can be heard punching Mary and yelling curses at her while security officers attempt to remove him.
He was then charged again for aggravated battery, thus proving the judge correct in denying bail.
